We act as a stable point of reference between companies and their commercial and industrial partners, ensuring continuity in day-to-day operations and on-site interactions. Our activities include the coordination of key relationships, support in negotiations, and contract drafting and management with distributors, importers, and strategic partners. We focus primarily on the Food & Beverage and Luxury Goods sectors, operating across Europe and selected APAC markets, including China.

We support clients in their participation in trade fairs and industry events, from stand design to on-site operational assistance during the event. Our role is to ensure effective coordination before and during the event, facilitate meaningful interactions, and support follow-up activities to maintain continuity in business relationships.
We support companies in the operational management of suppliers and partners involved in marketing activities. This includes coordinating printers, packaging producers, POS material suppliers and other technical providers, ensuring continuity between design, production, and delivery. We also assist in managing requests from end customers, regional partners or commercial teams, ensuring alignment on materials, content, and timelines. Acting as a central point of contact, we maintain direct oversight of activities and operational workflows.
We assist clients in drafting, negotiating and managing commercial agreements with distributors, importers, and strategic partners. Contractual frameworks are structured to ensure clarity, alignment with business objectives and long-term collaboration. Our role includes coordination between parties during negotiations and, where required, ongoing support throughout the execution of agreements.
